Land stewardship & Farm life

Every year we plant trees and gardens.

Forest

There are 15 acres of the land in forest stewardship. Forestry includes planting the next generation of trees and making certain no invasive species take hold. We do occasional sustainable tree harvest for firewood and small building projects.

Orchards

We have apple trees, plums, peaches, and various nuts. However, apples are our biggest crop and we make gallons of cider every fall.

Raspberries

Berries

We have acres of blueberry fields, and one well producing row of raspberries. Contact us (below) if you would like to come pick some in July.

Gardens

We grow plenty of produce and flowers for ourselves.
